② Grade 2: There are no visible symptoms, but the breasts feel less soft and the implants can be slightly felt.
③ Grade 3: The breasts are firm and the implants can be easily felt. The symptoms are visibly noticeable.
④ Grade 4: The breasts are hard and misshapen, which is clearly apparent. This is accompanied by pain.
